What is the minimum and maximum party size for reservations?
Reservations are taken from two to 150 customers (using the second floor). However, reservations are taken from five customers for lunchtime on weekends and public holidays.
When can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation at any time.
Does a cancellation fee apply to canceled reservations?
There is no cancellation fee. However, many people are waiting for reservations, so please contact us as soon as possible.


Are there any service charges or private room charges?
No, there are not.


Is the restaurant closed on any specific days or at any set times?
Rokkasen is open every day throughout the year from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next morning. (The hours are shortened until 12:00 a.m. from January 1 to 3 only.)
Is there a time limit for dining?
All-you-can-eat courses are limited to 90 minutes, and all-you-can-eat, all-you-can-drink courses are limited to 120 minutes. There is no time limit on regular meals, but we may ask you to limit your dining time to around two hours if there are many reservations.
Is there a parking area?
No parking is available.
Can my children come with me?
Yes, we offer children's prices. For children six years of age and younger the all-you-can-eat courses are free. They are half off for children age seven to nine.
Do you have foreign-language menus?
Yes, we have menus in English, Chinese, and Thai.
