I am Okada, Head chef. Our eyes are strictly kept on the ingredients from Matsuzaka beef and Japanese Black Cattle to the seasoning agent at all times. To get ingredients in best quality all over Japan, sometimes I have a chance to visit their production area.
Professionals with Yakiniku (Grilled meat), who have long career on it are in our pride.
